Responsibilities:

  • Provide enterprise engineering and administration support for telecom technologies including, but not limited to all telecom and ICT services
  • Assist in developing cost-effective telecom solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.   • Actively participate in the Change Management process and comply with all process directives.
  • Participate in the company business continuity and disaster recovery programs. Partner with IT management and business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are understood and their expectations are in line with IT capabilities.
  • Work with the IT Security team to ensure all telecom technologies are fully compliant with all compliance initiatives (including PCI and MAR) and in line with current company information security policies. Proactively solution with the IT Security team to ensure the organization maintains effective security policies as the threat landscape evolves.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all PGC associates and vendors. Participate in after-hours on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
