Missions principales

Prospecter, détecter et identifier des opportunités commerciales. Établir un portefeuille de clients Entreprise

  • Établir de nouvelles relations client et explorer les opportunités commerciales potentielles,
  • Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de vente pour approcher de nouveaux clients et détecter de nouvelles opportunités afin de maximiser les perspectives de vente et la pénétration du marché Entreprises,
  • Remonter les besoins et problématiques clients aux équipes techniques concernées,

  • Exposer la proposition commerciale : demande du client, objectifs du projet,
  • Mener les négociations avec le client pour gagner les projets,
  • Assurer la liaison avec les services internes pour s'assurer que la solution proposée répond aux exigences du client,
  • Établir un modèle de vente et un accord de support pour les nouveaux clients.

Assurer le suivi commercial du client et veiller à ce que tous les engagements pris soient bien respectés

  • Organiser, en collaboration avec l’ingénieur avant-vente, la réunion de lancement du projet,
  • Orchestrer la livraison des services vendus, en coordination avec le Chef de Projets,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le HQ et les autres régions pour maximiser les performances de l'entreprise, les cibles de vente et les objectifs commerciaux.

Fidéliser le portefeuille clients en maintenant la relation tout au long de la période contractuelle, en restant en veille permanente sur des opportunités et en suscitant de nouveaux besoins

  • Fournir un service à la clientèle de classe mondiale et un support après-vente pour chaque compte client, y compris l'évaluation du rendement des services, l'amélioration des processus, etc., afin de maintenir et de fidéliser les clients,
  • Compiler le rapport de rendement des ventes pour l'examen de la gestion,
  • Assurer la responsabilité de gestion des comptes, des activités opérationnelles et commerciales quotidiennes
