The Integrity Compliance Declaration of China Mobile International


  China Mobile International Limited (CMI) adheres to the corporate culture of “Trust, Responsibility, care for You” (TRY), strictly abides by the enterprise spirit of “Rule of law in China Mobile, compliance guarantees a solid business operation”, operates with integrity, adheres to the concept of healthy and sustainable development.  CMI solemnly promises that in the business development and production and operation process, the following integrity and integrity compliance values are implemented:
  1. Strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China and the countries and regions where the business is conducted; strictly abide by the rules of integrity and self-discipline within the national and regional governments, relevant regulatory authorities of Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong S.A.R.

  6. Never promise, offer, request, and accept any gifts, securities, high-end consumer entertainment, leisure, fitness, health care activities or other benefits of partners or individuals who have business relations at work. Gifts, securities or other benefits that are not rejected according to regulations shall be reported, registered or handed in to the relevant departments of the company in a timely manner.
  7. Never instigate, intimidate, coerce, deceive, or incite others to commit violations of the principles of integrity and compliance as promised in this declaration.
  8. Accept the supervision of the company's compliance management department on matters of integrity and compliance.
  9. Timely report to the company's compliance management department about the incidents, risks and problems that violate the principles of integrity and compliance as promised in this declaration. The company will also report to the external supervision authorities in a timely manner according to the actual situations.
